Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for our venue?
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and can issue a COI naming your venue or company as additional insured. Corporate venues like the Wilmington Convention Center, Live Oak Bank Pavilion, and most country clubs in Wilmington, Raleigh, and Durham require this — just let us know when you request your quote and we'll have it ready before the event.
How does multi-day servicing work for a festival?
We build a servicing cadence into every multi-day quote — typically daily pump-outs, restocking, and cleaning. Heavier-use sites get serviced twice daily during peak hours. Your production team gets a direct line to Brian or Torrey for the entire event window.
Do you offer PO-ready invoicing for corporate accounts?
Yes. Many corporate clients bill through procurement systems that require a purchase order rather than an invoice. We accommodate POs, net-30 billing, and multi-event contracts — flag this in your quote request and we'll coordinate with your AP team.
How many restrooms do I need for my event?
Industry standard is 1 unit per 50–75 attendees for 4-hour events; add 15–20% if serving alcohol. For festivals, maintain at least 5% ADA-compliant units. Tell us your guest count, duration, and whether alcohol is served — we'll size it and explain the math.
Do you serve venues without water or power hookups?
Yes. Our trailers come with up to 100 feet of water hose and extension cord, so we can service most outdoor venues — brewery lawns, private estates, park pavilions, festival fields — without permanent hookups close to the trailer drop. Tell us about your site and we'll plan accordingly.
What's the earliest we can book? What's the latest?
For major festivals and corporate galas, 2–3 months ahead is typical and ensures best availability. For smaller corporate events, 4–6 weeks works. We've done last-minute bookings (under a week) when inventory allows — call 910-460-3288 directly for fastest response.
Can you coordinate with our other event vendors?
Yes. On festival productions we regularly coordinate with fencing vendors, stage builders, generator rentals, and security teams on trailer placement, load-in schedules, and servicing windows. For corporate events we'll loop directly with your venue's facilities manager and event coordinator.
Do you offer discounts for multi-event contracts?
Yes — corporate clients booking 3+ events annually are eligible for multi-event pricing, and festival organizers running recurring multi-day events are eligible for production-rate contracts. Talk to Brian or Torrey directly about structuring a multi-event relationship.
