Do you offer monthly billing for long-term project rentals?
Yes. Most of our construction and renovation clients are billed monthly for the duration of the project. Pricing depends on trailer size, project length, location, and how often the unit needs servicing — call or fill out the form for a custom monthly quote.
How does servicing work on a long-term rental?
We schedule pump-outs, restocking (toilet paper, soap, paper towels), and cleaning on a cadence that fits your crew size and use. Heavier-use sites typically get serviced weekly; lower-use sites less often. We coordinate with your site supervisor.
Are your trailers OSHA-compliant for construction sites?
Our trailer units provide flush toilets, hand-washing facilities, and toilet paper — meeting the substantive sanitation requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation. Confirm count requirements with your safety officer based on crew size; we'll right-size the setup with you.
Do you serve sites without water or power hookups?
Yes. Our trailers come with up to 100 feet of water hose and extension cord, so we can service most jobsites without on-site hookups close to the trailer drop. Tell us about your site setup and we'll plan placement.
How fast can you deliver for an emergency or disaster-relief project?
